— Restore Youth & Confidence
Look Refreshed. Feel Confident.
Reveal Your Best Self.
There is a real difference between a med spa and a medical practice that offers aesthetic treatments. At Salus, every treatment is performed by trained medical professionals who understand your anatomy, your health history, and your goals before a single needle touches your skin.
Our philosophy is simple: less is more. We are not here to change your face. We are here to help you look refreshed, rested, and like the most confident version of yourself.
Medically Trained Injectors
All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals with advanced aesthetic training. Not aestheticians. Not spa technicians.
Customized to Your Anatomy
Every injection plan is mapped to your unique facial structure, muscle dynamics, and aesthetic goals. Nothing cookie-cutter.
Conservative by Default
We always start with less. You can always add more. You cannot undo overdone, and we never let it get there.
Minimal Downtime
Botox requires essentially no downtime. Microneedling involves a day or two of mild redness. Most patients go right back to their regular schedule.

Botox / Jeuveau
NEUROMODULATOR · WRINKLE RELAXATION · NATURAL RESULTS
Botox and Jeuveau temporarily relax the muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles — the lines formed by years of expression. When placed precisely and conservatively, the result is softer, more rested skin that still moves naturally. You will look like you, not like you had something done.

Our Philosophy
We Take Your Results
as Seriously as You Do.
When you come to Salus for aesthetics, your health history is reviewed, your anatomy is assessed, and your treatment is customized accordingly. We will never recommend something you do not need, and we will always tell you the truth about what will and will not make a difference for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your first appointment starts with a consultation where we look at your facial anatomy, talk through your goals, and map out exactly where and how much we would recommend. Nothing is done without your full understanding and comfort. The actual treatment takes about 15 to 20 minutes and most patients are surprised by how quick and manageable it is.
Not the way we do it. Overdone results come from too much product placed without careful attention to how your face moves. We use a conservative approach by default, always starting with less and building from there. The goal is for people to notice that you look great, not that you had something done.
Most patients describe it as a small quick pinch. The needles are very fine and the treatment moves fast. Most people are genuinely surprised by how tolerable it is. We take our time and make the experience as comfortable as possible from start to finish.
Most patients see results last between three and four months. With consistent maintenance over time, many find their results last longer as the muscles gradually become conditioned to relax. We will help you figure out the right schedule based on how your body responds.
For most patients, a series of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart delivers the best results. For more significant concerns like deeper acne scarring or pronounced texture issues, additional sessions may be recommended. We give you an honest and realistic expectation during your consultation.
You will notice an initial glow within the first few days as your skin begins to heal. The deeper results from collagen production build over four to six weeks and continue improving for up to six months. Because it is your own collagen doing the work, the results look completely natural.
We generally recommend spacing them at least two weeks apart. Microneedling creates micro-channels in the skin that need time to heal before introducing a neuromodulator, and vice versa. We will help you plan the optimal sequence so you get the best results from both.
That is exactly what your consultation is for. If you are bothered by dynamic wrinkles and expression lines, Botox is likely the right starting point. If texture, scarring, pores, or skin quality are your main concerns, microneedling will do more for you. Many patients benefit from both and we will walk you through what makes the most sense for your specific skin and goals.
