Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website saluswellness.net (the “Site”) or scheduling services with Salus Health + Wellness (“Salus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes to help you learn about our services, request appointments, and communicate with our practice. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to book an appointment or purchase services through the Site.

2. Not Medical Advice

The content on this Site, including any blog posts, service descriptions, or general information, is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for a one-on-one relationship with a qualified healthcare provider.

3. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

• Appointments may be scheduled through the Site, by phone, or through our patient portal.
• We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (“no-shows”), may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. Fee amounts will be disclosed to you at the time of booking or in your patient agreement.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or, in some cases, discharge from the practice.
• Fees are charged to the payment method on file, where applicable.

4. Services and Results

Salus offers hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, IV hydration therapy, functional medicine, aesthetic treatments, and related wellness services. Individual results vary based on each patient’s health history, condition, and adherence to a treatment plan. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any service.

All medical and clinical services are provided at the sole discretion and clinical judgment of our licensed providers, following an appropriate consultation and evaluation.

5. Fullscript and Third-Party Products

We may recommend supplements or wellness products available for purchase through Fullscript, a third-party platform. Purchases made through Fullscript are subject to Fullscript’s own terms of service, pricing, shipping, and return policies, which are separate from these Terms. Salus is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality control, or customer service related to Fullscript orders.

6. Payments

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at booking or in office. Prices for services and products are subject to change without notice.

7. Patient Portal

If you are given access to our patient portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Salus Health + Wellness or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
